Please note that if the cancellation request is made 24 hours or more prior to the booking time, then it is possible to cancel the reservation. However, please note that there will be a 5% cut from the total payment as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours prior to the booking time, unfortunately, the deposit payment will not be refundable. In this case, the only option available would be to change the booking timing.

Our facility offers three types of courts: men’s court, women’s court, and private court. The men’s court is exclusively for men, while the women’s court is reserved for women or families. The private court is available for booking by both men and women, but it provides complete privacy as it is isolated and has its own entrance, ensuring a secluded and exclusive experience.
